Customer Onboarding mobile application primarily used by the sales and marketing team to On-board the Channel Partner and creates a customer code in SAP system.DMO and ASM initiate the form and fill all the required details along with the mandatory documents through Mobile application.Post approval and processing the form by RA at Customer onboarding portal, data is carried via API to SAP and Customer code will be created.Created code will be sent back to Customer onboarding portal.Any failure of code creation due to deficiency of data will be sent back to SAP MDM will be rejected and sent a response back to Customer onboarding portal with deficient information on missing data. At this time, the form will be enabled with option to re-process.The same log is expected to show in the form so that RA will take an action to input accurate information and re-process the form to SAP MDM.On successful data submission, SAP MDM will deliver the code created in system and will be reflected at Customer onboarding web and mobile application.
